Our more than 550 hectares of land planted in corn and alfalfa, together with our permanent pastures, provide feed for the 800 milk cows that daily produce about  24,000 litres of milk destined for the Lattegra  cheese-factory:   this is precisely the first step required for QUALITY  PRODUCTION  CERTIFICATION.


Our on-going research for the twin objectives of quality and efficiency has resulted in the firm applying a QUALITY-INTEGRATED SYSTEM that assures both the hygenic-sanitary aspect of our product and certification in compliance with the UNI ISO 9001:2008 regulations.

We have thus obtained the CONTROLLED SUPPLY CHAIN CERTIFICATE UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 with relative product traceability from its agricultural origin, through milk production and transformation into Grana Padano. And, last of all, Lattegra has qualified for the BRC (British Retail Consortium) certificate and IFS (International featured standards) certificate.
